Vadim Andreev
Managing Director
Vadim holds a degree in Marketing from Tambov State University (1997–2002) and a professional qualification as a Commodity Expert specialising in the examination and quality assessment of fresh fruit and vegetables (2003).
He has also completed further professional training in management and has many years of hands-on experience in transport logistics, independent cargo inspection and survey services. Between 2007 and 2021, he worked for major Russian transport and logistics businesses and leading survey companies, including Top Frame and Schmidt & Olofson.
His professional expertise covers fresh and frozen produce quality assessment, cargo inspection, and the management of expert and survey operations.
Pavel Shelukhin
Director of Expert Services
Pavel holds a specialised degree from the Russian State Agrarian University – Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy. He studied Agronomy, with a specialisation in Standardisation and Certification of Agricultural Products and Production Processes (2004–2009).
He has extensive hands-on experience in quality control of fresh produce supplies for some of Russia’s largest federal retail chains, including O’KEY, Lenta, Perekrestok and Pyaterochka. He has also worked directly with major wholesale companies supplying fresh fruit and vegetables worldwide.
